1 to 1 Tuition Service:

I offer a personalised 1 to 1 tuition service for Personal Computers. I try to remove the mystery and anxiety that the new user has. It is my aim to make your tuition easy and a pleasure.
I train you in computer and file management, the utilisation of facilities that have been installed on your computer to keep it in good order and running at an optimum. I will give your the tuition you require, for the tasks you want to do with your machine.
I will teach you how to install new programs, how to create an orderly filing system, how to print and save those documents. You will control your learning, at a pace that you want, all done in your own home.
I come to your home and teach you at a pace that suits you about all the programs that are on your computer and step by step help you to achieve the best results.
I will teach you how to use the Internet and Email facilities that will enable you to keep in contact with your friends and family.

Computer Internet Connections:

New to Spain, Spanish language a problem, not satisfied with your present internet connection, no email address, no problem, give us a ring and I will come to your home and do it all for you. As long as you have a telephone, I can organise the connection that is best for your needs, provide new email addresses, internet connection plans, pay as you go, cheap rate or ASDL connections for the large user. Contact us and we will come and discuss your requirements.

Computer Systems Management:

I will help you understand how your computer works and organises your files and data. I instruct you on how to make your system secure and virus free. I teach you what goes on in that mysterious box, as in depth as you like, at a speed you can manage. I will also do it all for you, provide you with a system management contract that will give you telephone access to ourselves that will help you get over your problems as they happen. I will provide you with a telephone call number where I will be accessible and help you solve those annoying problems as you encounter them. I will for an annual fee provide you x number of hours support per year to keep you up and running. I can provide a contract to cover periodical home visits to check you system.
